1. Acute Rhinitis
2. Acute/Chronic Sinusitis
3. Cluster Headache.

I need following details:
1. Since when are you having this?
2. Any sneezing or cold associated?
3. Any Heaviness on head or it's paining?
4. Headache/Heaviness is on one side of head or both side?
5. Any snuffiness of nose associated?
6. Any watering from eyes?
7. Any photophobia or Phonophobia?
8. Any medications you have taken?
