Brief Answer:
Liver screening for evaluation is mandatory!

Detailed Answer:
I warmly Welcome you!

Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic HCM. Your trust in HCM means a lot to me as a Physician.

I feel.sorry for the discomfort you have and have thoroughly gone through your case. I can well realize your health worries Mr. XXXXX.

You are actually having multiple gastrointestinal tract issues mainly related to stomach and liver. Our liver governs every metabolic process of body including metabolic breakdown of Beer whenever you take. It is broken down to its metabolic end products destined to be excreted from our body in the soluble form and mostly as formaldehyde. If there is an issue with the liver (as in liver infections, damage to the tissues of liver) there is accumulation of formaldehyde that causes nausea and vomiting. Please try to abstain from drinking at least for the time you get better and cleared of the disease.

Your Gastroentrologist need to go for an extensive liver diagnostics to find out if there is any liver issue.

Continued heartburn and Indigestion seems to be due to Peptic ulcer disease that may be due to H. pylori bacterial infection of the stomach. You need the fresh and repeat EGD to rule out any gross pathology related to the upper gastrointestinal tract. DEXILANT is needed in your case to fix the heartburn issue.

They gave You medications for stomach issues in the hospital.

Hope it helps. Please feel free to contact me anytime directly from my profile if you need further assistance. You can also add a follow-up query here.

Regards!
