What Causes Persistent Heel Pain And Pain Radiating Through Foot?
Question: I recently got orthotics due to heel pain I was suffering from. Shortly after I began using the othotics the heel pain lessened but I began experiencing pain on the outside of my left foot that travels to the top of my foot. It increases with walking but is still present when resting and elevating the leg. The pain is considerable. It is not a steady pain but more of a stabbing pain almost like nerve pain. I haven't worn the orthotics for three days and my symptoms haven't lessened.
