Hi dear. Thanks for giving me an opportunity to address your query.
I deeply regret to say that the test reports are missing and would request you to kindly upload the same.
Did you ever come across a similar episode in the past?
Do you have any history of allergy?
I would also like to know if you have any other complaints such as fatigue, weight loss, intolerance to fatty food, dypepsia(symptoms of acidity) to rule out disease of liver and biliary tract.
Have you noticed any change in the color of stool or urine(high colored urine or pale stools?Do you notice any worms in your stools?
I would be glad to know you were prescribed Albendazole by your skin doctor?Did he suspect any worm(parasitic) infestation?
Await your reply with the reports to help you better.Thankyou.

Your doctor has prescribed the right medicines
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for uploading the report and the prescription; I have gone through them. Your reports are normal. Nothing to worry.
I agree with your doctor that he has prescribed the right medicines. Please take them as suggested by your doctor.
Regarding dyspepsia, you can continue to take Razo-D. No harm in it.
Try to eat more curd, and follow bland diet. Drink plenty of cold water.
Wish you good health.
Suspect allergy or thyroid abnormality
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear. Thanks for sharing the information.
I appreciate your efforts for having attached all the relevant test reports along with the prescription.Deeply regret for the delay in reply.
After going through the reports I were to rule out allergy.I were to do a complete blood count and IgE levels(as suggested by your doctor). If the report is negative then I were to suggest dermatologist's opinion.
Equally important is to correct thyroid abnormality.Low TSH might be one of the causes for itching.Do you have lack of interest to work, constipation, hoarseness of voice, feeling cold/clammy, dry skin? These are few symptoms suggestive of throid disorder.I Would like to know to your TSH, T4 and T3 levels.
In your case I have a made a diagnosis by exclusion-
Biliary/pancreatic cause of itching is ruled out since the ultrasound reports are normal.Prostate findings in the scan are not significant at your age.
LFT reports are normal except for a borderline high value of ALP which is not significant and not clinically relevant.
Drug induced itching is rare with medication that you have been currently using.
You may continue Alfusin 10mg as per your doctor's advice.
