Brief Answer:
You need to get it investigated.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. I would insist you to get an X ray of both knees - AP and lateral done and to share the reports using the facility on the upper right of this page. Arthritis needs to be ruled out. You also need to get your blood tested for RA factor, uric acid and fasting blood sugar. Based on the findings I would be able to suggest you suitable interventions.
Hot compress should provide relief.
I do not think that there is a relation with your ectopic pregnancy.
Let me know if I could help further.
Regards

Brief Answer:
Still insist you to upload the reports.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. Even though the X rays do not reveal any definite problems I would still insist you to upload the reports (being able to glance at the plates would have been helpful but that is perhaps beyond scope). I am looking to know about the gap between the joint surfaces which indicates the thickness of the cartilage and therefore the erosion.
Regarding the gastritis, in order to relieve yourself, you need to do the following:
* Avoid spicy food. Take small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps between meals.
* Avoid alcohol intake (if it a part of your habit).
* Take omerazole once daily before breakfast. You may also try normaxin for symptomatic relief.
* Avoid Cataflam (diclofenac potassium). It aggravates gastritis.
* Take plenty of green leafy vegetables as well as other sources of dietary fibers. Take fiber supplements like isabgol/psyllium husk or senna. Rather than taking laxatives, I would insist you to increase your dietary fibre intake.
* Regular morning walk and exercise to keep the bowel movements proper.
* Take curd or yogurt on daily basis. It contains beneficial bacteria and should help.
Regards

Attached are the test result please.
Brief Answer:
Get your blood sugar as well as HbA1c levels checked.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. Glucose 2+ in urine is concerning and calls for evaluation of fasting blood glucose as well as blood for HbA1c levels. Other reports are within acceptable limits.
