Brief Answer:
Infection, hypoglycemia or hyperthyroidism

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ms, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns. Night sweating can be due to a number of causes but considering the other symptoms you are experiencing this could be due to an infection..if viral infection then it will probably be self limited within a couple of weeks ,while if bacterial infection the antibiotic prescribed should be able to relive the infection . also tuberculosis. an lead to severe night sweating but it always accompanied with blood tinged mucus and cough..
also , this could be due to hypoglycemia which can be responsible for the night sweating , dizziness and shaky hands. I would recommend that you check on your blood glucose level on daily basis for a week to exclude hypoglycemia ..
Another cause could be hyperthyroidism which can be the cause of night sweating and shaky hands . I would also recommend that you get a blood test for T3, T4 and TSH to exclude hyperthyroidism .
I hope I answered your question. if you don't have any other clarifications then please close the discussion.
