What Causes Persistent Pain And Stretch In Abdomen And Loss Of Appetite?

take some fresh juices instead of heavy meals and painkillers if it hurts.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
I am sorry to hear that you are facing such problems. It may be because of acid reflux and if it is associated with burping then modify your diet. Add a loy of fredh vegetables and fruits. Avoid spicy and oily food. Plus take caee of your bowel habits. If the stretch is becauseof constipation then you can use fibre containing food like vegetables and afterwards can use laxatives. Take some painkiller for your pain/stretch. I would recomment you if the dietary modifications donot work then get some consultation by a gastroentrologist and also get your ultrasound abdomen done. It will help your doctor to rule out many abnormalities.
I hope it will help you. Thanks

I did my abdomen ultrasound 2 weeks back which was normal but that time i did not have any issue like this , its a feeling that i havent eat anything and there is alot of stretch and pain , its just under the left rib in upper abdomen. I am taking omeprazole for this but still dosent seem that it is working. I dont know what to do , will duspatalin tablet will work ? I dont know what seems to be the issue.
Get an oesophagoduodenoscopy(endoscopy) done after gastroentrologist review

Hi! Thanks got sharing the details. Since ultrasound came out to be normal, usually any anomaly doesn't appear this early. But normally structural changes inside stomach and esophagus as well as hiatal hernias are not picked up by ultrasound. For that, the most appropriate test is oesophagoduodenoscopy or endoscopy. You can discus that with a gastroentrologist. It hardly takes 5-10 minutes and there are means to make it as easy as possible. That will reveal very useful information regarding your symptoms. Meanwhile using duspatalin can also be helpful and that can be used before meals after discussing with your prescribing physician. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
