Brief Answer:
gynec or musculoskeletal cause. please get the gynec check up done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, Dr Purushottam Neurgaonkar here. I welcome you to HCM VIRTUAL CLINIC. I have gone through your question, and I think I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

1 ) First of all do not panic.

2 ) Lower Back pain can be due to gynecological or musculoskeletal reasons. Please rule out gynec reasons by doing gynec check up.

3 ) Gynec check up will also be of help to know if you have any gynec reason for the lower abdomen discomfort and backache.

4 ) For the time being, I will suggest you to adopt correct posture, use of analgesic ointment like Diclofenac local application twice a day, you may need a prescription for the same. Tab Paracetamol 650 mg two to three times a day after food will also help relieving the symptoms for the time being, but for the exact diagnosis you need to get clinically examined by the Gynecologist..

5 ) Gynaec causes like pelvic inflammatory disease, and pelvic infection can cause both- lower abdomen pain and back ache.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
