What Causes Persistent Pain In The Chest While Treating Bronchitis?

Question: Recently treated for bronchitis which lasted 10days before I was prescribed abt and inhaler. Was having pleuric pain with that as well. Felt tired and exhausted at that time. It's been about 3 weeks since abt finished. I still feel tired and pretty exhausted. I am sleeping but it doesn't seem to matter. Now my chest on exhalation hurts, not tight but diffult to fully exhale. Feels heavy and hard to get out, only feel on my right side. I would like to add early in the fall, It was also thought I just had a virus after strep, Ebv, and mono came back negative. And WBC count was lower than usual. Vit d has always been low, take prescription dose. Also intermittent nausea daily. Negative pregnancy. As a nurse I prided myself on having a good immune system then last year this time I got hit with bronchitis for the first time in my life also took me out for two weeks, now seems like I can't shake anything. Not sure what to do next.
Brief Answer:
I would like you to repeat an X-ray of the chest
Detailed Answer:
Hi, welcome to HCM,
Since your respiratory symptoms are persisting, I would like you to repeat an X-ray of the chest.
Please get an ESR--erythrocyte sedimentation rate, plus haemogram (CBC) done.
This is to make sure you do not have anything more serious than bronchitis.
Please get these done and upload the reports for me to guide you better. You can simply upload them at the reports section.
Meanwhile please continue what you are taking.
Feel free to ask further
Regards
