I can understand your concern. Liver related diseases can cause similar symptoms. But these symptoms are seen in end stage liver diseases where synthetic functions of liver are impaired like low hemoglobin, low protein etc.
So please let me know
1. Do you have any liver disease?
2. Do you drink alcohol?
3. Are these symptoms progressive or stable?

Thanks for your follow up question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Only elevated liver enzymes cannot cause these symptoms. But if other liver's synthetic functions are grossly impaired like low hemoglobin or low protein then these are can cause similar symptoms.
It would be worthwhile to get ultrasound examination of abdomen to rule out liver parenchymal damage (structural). Also get done repeat liver enzymes, serum protein and hemoglobin level.
Quit alcohol as soon as possible.
To discuss further, I will need the following information:
1. What were the levels of your liver enzymes?
2. Do you had any symptoms like abdominal pain, vomiting, yellowish discoloration of urine or eyes?
3. Do you have stressful life?
