Brief Answer:
Take treatment as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
The mri report is showing compression of nerve roots which is the cause of neck pain, stiffness and radiation to shoulder.
The drugs should be increased and physiotherapy started.
Decision of surgery should be postponed in absence of any weakness, sensation loss or unbearable pain.
Pregabalin, gabapentin, Amitriptyline can be used in increasing doses.
Pain killers with muscle relaxant like aceclofenac or diclofenac with tizanidine or thiocholchicoside can be taken for relief.
Local pain reliever ointment can also be used like aceclofenac or diclofenac gel.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
