Brief Answer:
Here is some more info

Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for writing,

Stomach can get upset with anything like stress, taking some unusual quantity of alcohol, any fizzy drink, caffeine,, disturbed sleep and so many other things and it can take some time to get better.

As far as flu is concerned it usually takes 7-10 days time, usually what we do is that we ask the patient to follow life style modification and then if this doesnt get better in a week or so then we suggest him to use medicine.

I would suggest you the same steps for treatment and will ask you not to be too concerned everything should be fine soon.

Other differentials can be intestine upset , dyspepsia or intestinal infection, Head ache can be because of your issues and may also be because of your concern.

I would like you not to panic and wait until your doctor expects it to get better you can use OTC stomach aids as i suggested in my previous posts if it starts getting better it's your stomach ,or else there is always an option to discuss things with your doctor as a week passes.

Regards.

Dr.Ahmad
