2)Do you have burning sensation while passing urine?
3) Is urine overflowing all the time or only when you cough or sneeze? Or does it go off before you reach the toilet?
4) is there an associated uterine prolapse or a bladder prolapse?

About 2 year no burning not I just leak all the time I don't know
I pass out 3 to four time aday and I don't have any burning when I leak I just leak all the time and I don't know what is cause it can you help on the the question and what I need to do

You need to get a urine analysis done.. If normal get a pelvic examination with a gynae to rule out uterine or bladder prolapse.. Get a cystourethrogram to know the cause of the leak.. You might require anticholinergic drugs like oxybutinine to relax your bladder if you have a hyperactive bladder.. The cause of the leak can be known from cystourethrogram and pelvic examination..
You can do kegel's exercise to gain control over the bladder to small extent..Hope I have answered your query.. Good day..
