What Causes Persistent Vaginal Bleeding And Blurred Vision While On Depo-Provera Shots?

Question: My girlfriend (has iron deficiency/panic attacks/high sodium levels) has been experiencing vaginal bleeding for the past two weeks now....she is on the depo shot so she hasn't bled for a while until now. last night she had a panic attack, and woke up from it and was experiencing extreme pain in her sides/ rib area...she also felt really dizzy and is currently still experiencing pain, seeing spots, blurred vision and keeps passing out. I don't know what to think honestly.

Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Irregular and continuous bleeding and spotting is the common side effect of depo shot.
However, blurred vision, passing out, pain are not the side effect of depo shot or the effect of vaginal bleeding.
These are more the symptoms of panic attack.
I will suggest you to consult a psychiatrist to get her properly examined and treated accordingly.
