Fordyce spots
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM...
I can understand your concern for the multiple discrete whitish micro papular lesions on the prepuce. I also understand your worries related with lesions you have on the prepuce. But, believe me these lesions are totally benign. The condition is called Fordyce spots. The lesions are aberrant sebaceous glands. The lesions are harmless, they will remain there without making trouble and do not progress to the malignancy.
I do not advise any treatment in my patients having such lesions. So, kindly relax and keep the lesions untreated.
Thanks.

                                    Hello Doctor,
Thanks a lot for the reply, Will these spots grow bigger as the time goes by or is there any chance they disappear after some years. It looks very embarrassing doctor. Do you still want me to go and visit doctor as a second opinion. Please suggest. Hoping to hear from you soon.
Thank you,
Doctor did you get chance to look into the picture which I have attached. Future, these spots are visible only when I stretch my foreskin and they occur on inner tip on top of my foreskin which cover my penus head. Also please let me know If I need to worry about STD after looking into picture

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back...
Remember that Fordyce spots are benign lesions. The condition is not STD. They are visible by stretching the skin only. The condition does not require any treatment. Just forget the lesions. Kindly do not be tensed. I do not feel that you should take second opinion.
I see many patients having such lesions daily. I do not suggest any treatment.
Ok...
Have great joyous life.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
My dear Saikrishna, you should not worry at all. Just have confidence. Your lesions are less likely to increase in number and size. So, kindly forget the disease and it's treatment. Live as there is nothing. You have to do nothing to take care...ok
Thanks for satisfaction.. Kindly close the discussion . I do not think there is any need to consult any doctor personally for this condition.
Have great successful life.
Thanks again..
