What Causes Persistent White Vaginal Discharge With Low Grade Fever?
Question: Dear sir my wife she is only 22 year old having low grade fever 99.3 is the highest temperature since last six month and having sevior vaginal white discharge(water type) so please suggest me the treatment i have done the urine culture and TB test and Esr - TB- nagative

In my opinion the rise of temperature might be due to mostly infection.
After seeing your report it looks like there is urine infection caused by an organism called staphylococcus areus.
And it is sensitive to antiboitics like netillimicin,amikacin,levofloxacin,linezolid and teicoplanin.You need to take a course of one of the above said antiboitics.
I suggest you to consult your doctor for the prescription of antiboitics.
After finishing the course urine culture and sensitivity test need to be repeated to ensure the clearance of infection.
Dont worry the infection will be cleared with the treatment.
