Hi,

I will suggest you the best possible treatment options. I have gone through your semen analysis report, it shows normal sperms count. But presence of pus cells is a matter of concern. Please seek prescription support from your treating doctor for suitable antibiotics to get rid of the infection. For your wife,

I will suggest that she should opt for a healthy diet and regular exercise regimen. Include more portions of fruits, salads and vegetables in daily diet. Start on Folic acid, Vitamin B 12 and Omega 3 supplements at least 3 months before you plan to get pregnant. This helps to prevent many problems during pregnancy and delivery.

I hope this answer helps you. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thanks,
Dr. Purushottam Neurgaonkar
