Brief Answer:
? Generalised myalgia of viral origin

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic,

I have gone through the history and symptoms of your friend and understand your concern.

As he is not having vomiting and blurred vision which are the important symptoms of raised intracranial tension along with headach. So the symptoms are not in favor of subarchnoid haemorrhage.

As he is having pain the neck, throat, back and in the abdominal area suggest that he is having some viral infection. Which will subside in some time.

For the present symptoms I would suggest your friend to take Tab Rantac and Tab Ibuprofen, Twice daily for three days. Tell him to drink lots of fluid.

The symptoms will improve with these measures, if it is not improving he may have to undergo lab test like CBC to know any other infection.

I hope the symptoms will improve in a day or two. If you have any query feel free to post them.
Thank you.
