What Causes Petechiae Spots On Skin After Taking A Bath?

No fever and it does not itch at all. I also noticed it got bad last week when I took tylenol and advil and a new prescription drug called vascepa fot high tryglycerides. Most of them have gone away but i notices now i get some not a lot after i take a shower.
There not inflammed there like blood spots.

Hello. It seems to be Urticaria only. I would recommend you to take an anti allergic drug like Levocetrizine for a few days and even if it persists then you would need to stop all the drugs and introduce them again one by one to know which one is precipitating your problem.
