It looks like simple benign pigmentation of the retinal pigment epithelium near the optic disc.
It is not showing features of malignant lesion like sub retinal fluid, vitreous seeds, retinal detachment...
This simple pigmentation are commonly seen in people who are fair skinned.
Hence I advice you not to worry, however follow up is required to see its behaviour.
