Question: I have some strange yellowish cyst or pimple like growths in the back of my throat I would like to ask about, they have been there for quite some time now and I've asked a number of doctors about them but would like the opinion of an ent

I see similar cases amongst young people who visit my clinic. I would like to ask few more questions like does it has pain ? fever ? or recurrence ?
by photo, possibilties include-
The First possibility is aphthous ulcer.
The Second possibility is stomatitis due to herpes.
The third possibility is mucosal ulcers due to bacterial or viral infections.
The fourth one is dermatalological- phephigoid or erythema multiforme.
I suggest you to to consult ent surgeon and get details ent examination, general physical examination, laryngoscopy- to see any lesions of voice box, complete blood picture- any deficiencies.

Hello doctor, well I haven't had any pain or fever and these characterstics have been fairly constant, so that haven't really reoccured since they have never truly left. does that help to narrow the possiblites?

No pain, no fever excludes the infection. check out for systemic diseases like systemic lupus, crohn's, bechet's.
Evaluate for chronic deficiencies like zinc,iron,vitamins (folic acid). Your treating doctor will be knowing this. Discuss with him and go ahead for these tests.
