Question : hello, for the passed couple weeks, I've had itchy, pimple like things appearing all over my body and seems to be more each day... am I allergic to something?

Hello. If you could post a photo for me that would help.

While this could be an allergic dermatitis, that doesn't usually manifest itself as pimple-like lesions--it's more of a patchwork pattern of redness.

For now, you should try oral benedryl or Claritin along with topical Caladryl lotion, but if that doesn't help you need to see a doctor since this may be scabies or folliculitis.
