I do remember that I counselled and guided you for your HIV issues. I hope my suggestion helped you in the same.

For your present issues :

The small sore like eruptions on eye lids could be related to simple folliculitis of the area. It could be because of change in weather or touching the eyelashes.

In such cases application of a plane antibiotic cream can help in early resolution. A lukewarm compression can be done to clean the eyelids.

For the art of discharge and burning: I could he simple urinary tract infection. The same is true for the deposits under the skin. I suggest you to drink plenty of liquids to flush the urinary system. Also çlean the area of prepuce and glans for 2 to 3 times.

Just observe the area and the discharge and in case if it increase then we can go for an urinary examination.
