What Causes Pimples All Over The Body Along With Dark Circles Around The Eyes?

Question: I hate to ask this again but I am still feeling uneasy about this:

I was at a friends house whose sister had been a drug user. She hugged me. I noticed she had some scabs and pimples that had scabbed over. If one of them touched my eye during the hug could I get infected. If there were small amounts of blood on the pimples scabs or skins that I didn't notice and it got in my eye could that infect me. Or because it was outside the body would it be unable to infect.

1. I do have allergy eyes and they get puffy and watery, with large dark circles and puffy eyelids.

2. In researching this I was told that even if there was blood it is not the same as a blood splash exposure in a medical setting because one if there was blood it would already be out side the body and unable to infect, a very small amount not enough to infect, and lacked the force of a true blood splash.

3. So the scab itself couldn't be infective because the blood was dead and already exposed to air, and if there was blood it would be outside the body and exposed to air.

I want to reiterate I didn't see any blood, and I am not sure if anything touched my eye or even around my eye. I am just concerned, probably a lot overly concerned because I got a really bad cold this week (started about 4 days ago) (Nsal congestion, coughing, PND and mild sore throat) it was concerned I could have contracted something from this incident (like ARS this; incident happened @4 weeks ago so the timing could be right) However i have NO Fever, rash or anything else that would look like ARS.

Sorry another question. I referee wrestling when keeping a wrestler from going out of bounds I scratched him. I didn't see any blood but he had an old scratch on his arm with dried blood. If my fingernail scratched that old scratch could I get infected.I didn't see any blood on my fingernail, maybe a small piece of something black. or under it, nor did I see any cuts under my fingernail. I cleaned it with hand sanitizer about 10 minutes later when I got off the mat(because there was no immediate access to soap and water.) and later dipped my finger in alcohol and then washed it

when I got home I had my wife look at my finger and under my finger nail she didn't see any cuts.

1. would scratching a dry scratch (that had dried blood on it, albeit small amount) lead to me getting infected

2. Could the nailbed be a means for hiv or hep to enter the body even with no visible cuts or breaks are there micro breaks that cant be seen with the human eye

3. I read that hand sanitizer can actually increase the risk of hiv infection because it dries the skin. Does that apply to hands or when people use it in the wrong place (ie the genitals)

Do I have an HIV or Hep risk from this

Was it ok to use hand sanitizer in that situation?

If there was a little fresh blood on the previous wound that wasn't obvious would that be a risk or would it be dead because it was outside the body on the surface of the old wound

I actually just saw the wrestler again (this happened yesterday) right in line with the scratch there was a small bump maybe a pimple with a tiny dot of blood about the size of a pen head on top of it, the blood wasn't following. So it is as at least congellied it looked dark, If my nail went across it, would that be a concern or would it be dead because it was on the skin surface. I don't have any open cuts on my finger.Actually the wrestlers wound was more like a bug bite that was picked at would that be a risk if there was a bit of blood on it
