What Causes Pimples On Penis?

Herpes Simplex likely; acyclovir & blood test
Detailed Answer:
Hi there.
I note your history & have viewed the photograph.
Please do a Herpes Simplex blood test for HSV1 & 2..IgG & IgM.
This will confirm or refute my clinical diagnosis of Herpes infection given your history.
Clinically, you can apply a cream called Zovirax containing 5% acyclovir cream applied 4-5 times on the area daily.
In addition do take 10mg of Xyzal (levocetrizine)at night once daily to help reduce the symptoms.
Best to go across with these reports to a dermatologist /venereologist nearest you for a consult. If in the XXXXXXX region, feel free to call on me at XXXXXXX Hospital, off XXXXXXX road, XXXXXXX
Good Luck & do practice safe sex always especially from now on.

Treat & Test simultaneously please. Good luck.
Detailed Answer:
You are welcome & certainly do not need to panic.
Yes by all means do start the treatment.
But do the blood tests' simultaneously else, you will not know if you are on the right track or not.
Herpes is a pesky disease & I rather you don't have I t & I am mistaken as it keeps recurring at moments of stress & can be difficult to eradicate if indeed it is herpes. The blood test will put things in perspective.
Please get your partner checked & attended to & do practice protected sex as the viral load will increase otherwise.
Good Luck & Hope this treatment works.
As I said, probably best for a one-on-one consultation in person with a venereologist nearest you. Cheers.
