Brief Answer:
recurrence of renal stone
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Your symptoms and findings with previous history of kidney stone hint towards recurrence of renal stone. However, just based on clinical findings, diagnosis cannot be confirmed.
I suggest you to undergo urinalysis initially and based on the findings, ultrasound abdomen/pelvis. This would give a complete idea of what the problem is.
Hope it helps!
