Mostly you are having allergy.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
I would like to know is this cough started after start taking lisinopril Since when are you taking lisinopril?
Here My possibility:
After reading your clinical history it appears that you are having allergy which causing dry cough & bronchitis.

If I were your treating doctor , I would advice
Plenty of fluids ,
Steam Inhalation twice daily,
Saline nasal spray thrice daily &
Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast combination at night.
You will get relief .

Hope this information helpful to you .If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
