What Causes Pink And White Reduced Discharge Instead Of Menstrual Bleeding?

Question: Kind of a complicated situation, at least to me. Anyways i am having a confusing cycle/symptoms. I was supposed to get my period nov. 15th. i didnt get anything until nov 17th. but all i had was pink/white discharge/drops for about 3 days. practically nothing. and then it stopped. ive taken 3 tests all saying negative. i have no pregnancy symptoms. i dont know what to think. i have a doctors appointment for dec 7th, but would like to get an idea of what to expect

what would imply that its just a period and not implantation? I always get confused with facts about that
