What Causes Pink Tissue Flecks Discharge In Urine?
List of causes and a few suggestions
Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.
Thank you for writing to us.
I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. The first thing I would like to ask is whether you had your renal (kidney) system checked as well during the appearance of the 2 UTI's? If yes, what was the result; if no then you should. I say this because UTI's can also be frequently caused due to abnormalities in the renal system (e.g. renal stones), and so it would be wise to get yours checked.
As for the pink specs of tissue you passed, there can be many reasons for this, and I would like to go through some of the most common ones:
1. Are you a smoker?
2. As mentioned above there is a chance you had/have renal stones and if this is confirmed, then the tissue passed could be from a stone getting lodged or dislodged or just from moving around
3. The pink flec could in itself have been a stone covered with bladder tissue (e.g. uric acid stone); I would thus recommend a check on your serum uric acid
4. Get your urine analysed either way to check if there are RBC's found; if yes then you will require further investigations
5. I would recommend a CT with contrast to find the cause for the recurrent UTI's as well, you can speak to your doctor about this
6. Drink plenty of water (at least 3 litres a day)
I hope you find my response helpful. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help.
Best wishes.

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again ma'am.
There is no specific person prone to UTI's, but those who have some abnormalities or conditions; whenever a patient with recurrent UTI's is seen we go about elaborate investigations to find the cause, some of the most common ones are:
+Uterine prolapse
+Vaginal prolapse
+Short ureter and anus difference
+Imbalance in vaginal pH
+Local factors (wiping pattern, douching, intercourse positions, tight undergarment, etc.)
+Kidney stones
+Kidney diseases (e.g. polycystic kidney disease)
+Multiple sclerosis
+Bladder outlet obstruction
and many others.
The urgency and increased frequency are indicative of an infection so please do initiate the antibiotic prescribed.
I asked whether you are a smoker because some individuals who have been smoking long enough to cause enough harm to their body and promote tumor or cancer development can also present with blood in their urine and the pink flecks of tissue you described. If you are not a smoker then you need not worry about this.
Yes, you can have flecks of tissue around your period and this is perfectly normal, and can be totally unrelated to any pathology, just the inner lining of your uterus shedding.
Best wishes.
