Dr. Hanif warmly Welcomes you!
Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic. I have carefully worked through your case, and can realize your health worries. Being your physician, I will take care all of your medical concerns.
It is actually a mild oral cavity ulcers, and it affects mostly the buccal mucosa and inner sides of the lips. It may be due to some allergen in the food, due to unnoticed subclinical bite of the teeth in the area, stomach acidity, post fever mouth ulcer etc etc just to list some.
Take Omeprazole 40 mg 30 minutes before meals twice a day. Apply somogel on the bump and leave for 10 minutes, then wash and rinse with plain water. It will soothe you a lot. Take Ensure active clear protein drink twice daily for an early recovery. If you feel increasing redness and itching, take Claritin tablet once a day.
Take plenty of water and fresh fruit juices, high fiber diet. Avoid spices and extreme temperature drinks to avoid irritation on bump.
Have a wonderful time ahead. Hope I answered all of your questions. Let me know if you have any further clinical concerns. I will be happy to get back to you shortly. If satisfied here, please give a five star rating and don't forget to close the discussion.
