Brief Answer:
peripheral neuropathy / neurological / cervical disc

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting the question.
I have gone through your medical history in detail.

From the symptoms,it seems that you are suffering from peripheral neuropathy causing pins and needles type of tingling numbness. This usually occurs due to vitamin B12 deficiency and can be checked by doing blood investigations.

Other possible cause is a possibility of a cervical disc prolapse or other cervical spinal cord related problems causing impingement of the spinal nerves in the spine. If this is found on the investigations, then you may probably need a physiotherapy treatment or a decompression surgery.

Underlying neurological causes need to ruled out by getting a CT scan of brain and an MRI of the spine region.

A neurophysician's opinion will definitely help.

Start on vitamin B12 and folic acid medicines along with pregabalin.
Take analgesic medicines like tramadol, ibuprofen for pain relief.

Feel free to ask me any follow up queries that you may have.
Do let me know the investigation reports so that i can guide you further.

Thank you.
Kind regards.

Brief Answer:
Get MRI / USG abdomen done as early as possible

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
If the pain the lower back and kidney region is so severe, then you should get a ultrasound of abdomen and an MRI of the lumbar spine done to differentiate whether this pain is related to kidneys or the spine.

Take tramadol, paracetamol twice a day.Apply lumbar brace around the waist region while you ambulate.

Take adequate rest.

Thank you.
