What Causes Pituitary Microadenoma?

Question: Yes thank you
I have a dizzy feeling in my head and face and I can feel my heart beating in my face. Intermttant all week but all day today resting or not. I am 56 year women. I work fullntime. Non smoking or drinking. 5ft4" tall but had #L1 in early December 2014. Had prolia injection for osteoporosis. Back is still painfull. No meds but am wearing back brace, I can't manage too much yet without it. Very insignificant microadenoma pituitary gland. Only symptom is occaional lactating, diplopia and have not menstruated since age 28. I have not had migrane in years but do have daily headache.
The feeling in my head and somewhat down my arms and hands is most disturbing. Live rural Australia..dont want to travel hours to nearest ED...do I need to see a Doctor?

Brief Answer:
Yes, you need to see a doctor.
Detailed Answer:
Dear Madam,
Thanks for choosing HCM for your query.
I have read your details with diligently.
Your present problem of headache, dizziness, pain in the arms and hands with diplopia are highly suggestive of the pituitary microadenoma and its pressure symptoms due to pinched nerves.
The other features like lactation and absence of menstrual cycles are also due to over production of hormone prolactin by the same tumor.
In view of the above possibilities, I hereby advice you to kindly visit a doctor for proper assessment and the treatment.
Hope this answers your query.
Wishing you best of your health.
Regards.
