Brief Answer:
Increasing the dose of Zoloft will help.

Detailed Answer:
Hi thanks for the query

You have anxiety and panic attacks. It's normal to see poor focus, reduced concentration, reduced attention span in individuals with anxiety and depression. So then symptoms you have are not due to medicines but due to anxiety and panic attacks.

You are on Sertraline 50 and in my opinion increasing the dose should help to improve your symptoms. No need to change the medicines. Increasing the dose to 100 mg will result in better symptoms control. Apart from this vitamin B12 and Omega 3 Fatty Acid supplements will also help to reduce the symptoms. Talk to your doctor for that.

Thanks and Take care
