
What Causes Popping Sound In Legs While Bending?

Question: I am 31 Male 78 kg body weight.
Loud poping sound comes almost each time whenever I fold my legs. Never had sevete knee injury though.
Pain in sides of both knees some times unbearable pain in knees.
Pain prrsists in both ankles, left elbow too.
Bone density is normal.
Please suggest tests to be conducted or medicines apart from pain killers
