I have these symptoms ...
a bump on my head that has yellow puss
pain behind my right ear on my scalp below the bump
diarrhea
post nasal drip
ear pain
nasal congestion

Dear Ms, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns.
It seems that you having allergic rhinitis which is causing the post-nasal drip and nasal congestion. unfortunately, post nasal drip tends to be swallowed which can lead to diarrhea. I would recommend that you take an antihistaminic as Cetirizine 10mg once daily before going to bed together with an over the counter nasal decongestant twice daily and Imodium to stop diarrhea.
As for the bump that contains pus, it should be evacuated, the pus should be drained and it should be sterilized with oxygen peroxide or alcohol.
When the swab results appear you should start an antibiotic therapy based on its results.
