What Causes Post Nasal Drip And Sinus Inspite Of Having Acid Reflux?

Question: I have acid reflux . Take nexium off and on. I also lift weights. Had a scope 4.5 years ago and found no barrettes and severely inflamed esophigitus. This test was take after month after taking meds two weeks for h pylori and ulcer. I have heartburn maybe 5 x a month and lift weights. I am a 65 year old black female. I have had three negative test for barretts this is routine with my doctor. How many more checks do I need to take to check for barrettes? I Diagnosed with reflux 10 years ago. Lately since the weather changed, I am having post nasal drip, sinus problem, nasal congestion and plugged up ears. Are these symptoms that my reflux is getting worse?
