Hello dear
Welcome to HCM and thaks for query
I understand your concern

All normal heart tests rule out the heart problem.
Your symptoms could be a thyroid dysfunction, anxiety/stress and anemia.
I would suggest to undergo physical examination, thyroid hormone analysis and complete blood count test (to rule out anemia and infection).
Try to identify stress facto in your life and start working on its solution.
If problem persists, then anxiolytic drug & counselling after consulting the psychiatric will helpful.

Take healthy diet, fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables (milk at the bed time).
Do regular exercise like walking and yoga in the early morning.
Hope I have answered your question.
If you have further questions then I will be happy to help you

I understand your concern

In most cases, palpitation is noticed at the time of rest only.
In lying down position, heart will have to work harder to pump the blood throughout the body result in palpitation.
You should also go for Electro-Physiological Study (EPS) and 2D echo to rule out heart problem and serum electrolyte, potassium, calcium and magnesium.

Maintain proper hydration by drinking plenty of water.
Avoid alcohol, caffeine and overeating at the night time.
Hope I have answered your question.
Feel free to ask further query.
