Hello sir. Friday night I was out drinking with my friends saturday morning I did not feel well. I got out of the shower and got sick 4 times in which they were all clear in color with some yellow bile. I then spit and noticed it was red maybe from a small tear. I drank a red bull to help with the head ache and layer down. 20 minutes later I felt sick and went to the bathroom to vomit. The first vomit may have been a little red but the second was like Gatorade. I did not get sick anymore last night around 5 I made my self vomit to make sure there was not blood and it was clear also the same this morning and it was clear. No stomach pains my blood pressure and pulse are fine and my stool is fine. My doctor on the phone said it's a tear from dry heaving as forceful vomiying and as long as the bleeding stopped yesterday not to worry. Should I worry I feel fine now.

Don't consume alcohol.
Do this for 7 days and then follow up again with me.
In case you again get blood in vomiting get upper GI Endoscopy done.
Take soft , bland diet.
