Brief Answer:
Urinary infection or prolapse uterus

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.

Your symptoms are probably due to the urinary tract infection which has recurred. To confirm this you need to check the urine sample for culture and sensitivity in the laboratory.
The second possibility is that the bladder supports are weakened and it has prolapsed into the vagina causing these symptoms. Therefore fix an appointment with Gynecologist and get an internal examination done.
Since you do not have pain or other symptoms any other causes are unlikely.
I hope this helps.
If you have further queries, I will be happy to answer.
With best wishes,
Dr Rama

Brief Answer:
Prolapse occurs due to weakening of ligaments and muscles

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
UTI means infection of kidney, bladder or urethra.

When the uterus or bladder slides from its normal position and descends down into vagina it is called prolapse.
It occurs due to weakening of uterine ligaments and pelvic muscles.
Weakening can occur due to repeated deliveries ( over stretching of ligaments during delivery ), repeated straining etc.
Weakening of ligaments can also occur due to low estrogen in the body which occurs when a woman has attained or is nearing menopause.
I hope this helps.
If you have further queries, I will be happy to answer.

I have one child who was cesection. and i have had a few abortions. coulf that do it? thank you

Brief Answer:
No

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

When did you have the last abortion.
Was it surgical abortion. If your symptoms started just after the last abortion then we may presume that the catheter used to empty the bladder just before the procedure might have caused UTI.

Otherwise there is no relation with this UTI and your obstetric history.
Since you had cesarean section it is not the reason for prolapse ( if at all you have it).
I hope this helps. If you have further queries, I will be happy to answer.
