What Causes Pressure In Lower Abdomen And Tingling Sensation At Penis Head?

I'm a 23 year old male who has been healthy up until this point. I have had unprotected sex with five people in the last two years. I have been freaking out by the following symptoms:
Recently I have began to experience lower back pain, dry throat pain, pressure on my lower groin area, tingling sensation at tip of penis, and menthol type feeling throughout my groin. There is also some pressure on my inner thighs. I also had a bump or two that were not painful at all, did not tear, and went away. The doctor has prescribed me medication for a UTI and said he believes the bumps were molluscum.
I fear that my symptoms may be herpes. HIV has been ruled out through rapid testing. As mentioned before I'm 23, and I'm black. Do these sound like herpes? My anxiety is through the roof.
Genital herpes should be ruled out.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to genital herpes. It should be ruled out by doing herpes 1 and 2 blood tests. If it is positive then antiviral therapy with famcyclovir will be helpful. Taking vitamin B12 supplements will be helpful also.
Throat dryness , back pain can be due to gastric irritation. Therapy with proton pump inhibitors like esomeprazole will be helpful. This should be taken daily 1 hour before break fast for 2 to 4 weeks. Esomeprazole is available as over the counter in brands like Nexium.
If all these not helping then it can be due to fibromyalgia and antidepressants will be helpful in such case.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
