What Causes Pressure In Lower Abdomen, Frequent Urination And Blood In Urine?

until I last urinated, the urine was clear
UTI or stones likely. Malignancy should be ruled out
Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome
I appreciate your concern and am sorry for your distress.
Blood in urine (hematuria) commonly indicates either urinary tract stones or a UTI
It can also indicate bladder cancer. A urinalysis would be required to confirm blood in urine. The urine exam will also show evidence of infection or stone presence if excess pus cells or crystals of stone e.g oxalate are found. Ultrasound abdomen and pelvis should also be done. Adequate hydration, avoiding exercise or heavy work should be the measures applied for now. If its an infection antibiotics can be prescribed after taking samples for culture sensitivity testing. Treatment of urinary tract stones would depend upon the size and location of the stone.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Stones can recur. If you could upload the MRI report then one could tell whether the pancreas is significantly enlarged or not. Pancreas size is not related to the blood in urine. The workup I described should still be undertaken despite these findings.
