What Causes Pressure In Neck Along With Dizziness?

You need to consult both Internist and an ENT specialist
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for posting the query
After going through the history, I do feel, you could be having orthostatic hypotension with Eustachian tube related issues or inner ear related problems.
You need to consult both Internist and an ENT specialist to diagnose the actual cause of the problem. It is good to know that your thyroid function tests are normal. If you feel there is thyroid problem because of neck discomfort, then, other causes such as cervical spondylosis or laryngo-pharyngeal reflux needs to be ruled out. All these can be evaluated by the above doctors.
Hope I have answered your query; I will be available for the follow-up queries.
