What Causes Pressure In Pelvic Area Along With Lower Back Pain?

Question: I have a great deal of pressure in my lower abdomen/pelvic area. It's been 4-5 days now. Also pain on lower right back, near the buttocks. Heating pad and ibuprofen and laying/reclining are the things I have done to help it. Any ideas? I can't see a dr unless its absolutely vital....
Sorry I meant to edit the question and forgot. It has actually been closer to 3 weeks with this. and as mentioned I saw my GP today. She is ordering a referral. But I would really like an idea of what this could be. Also, I feel a pressure, a heaviness, in that area....

As I mentioned above, I am 47. I had my last period in Dec 2014. So I have no period. No pain during intercourse. The pain and pressure is ok after I take ibuprofen in large doses and use heat pads. I have had 3 children and 3 vaginal borths. Bowel and bladder are fine, although I have to lean forward often to finish urinating.

Detailed Answer:
I think the pain might be due to a urinary infection.
Again, worsening incontinence is often accompanied by genito urinary prolapse, which causes similar symptoms.
So please ask your gynecologist to evaluate you for both those reasons.
Take care.
