What Causes Pressure On Right Side Of Head And Pain While Speaking?

Question: I have such bad pressure on my right side of the head with main pressure behind my right eye. Pain killers, steroids,antibiotics aren't working. It also hurts when i speak and the vibrations are in my head. . What does it sound like? Making me nauseous need it to stop

i have an old sumatriptan injection but it expired 12/14.. is it ok to take?
