Brief Answer:
In someone your age I would think some type of headache

Detailed Answer:
Good evening. I am a neurologist and headache specialist. I read all your other queries as well. I am especially interested in the one where you admit the use of methamphetamines. What you are describing is consistent with people experiencing either withdrawal symptoms or actual pharmacological effects from the drug. I've had several patients who did crack and described a terrible REBOUND type of pressure in the head, usually one sided, and it would come on in some people like a ton of bricks and others it would slowly develop. Most described it as an extreme pressure that would ebb and flow.

You should seriously consider enrolling in a drug rehab center before things get really out of hand. These head pressures may just be the beginning. You don't know if you could have a small aneurysm at the base of the brain and whether or not these sensations you're feeling are due to your having extremely high blood pressures which will raise the pressure in the head as well and transmitted to the aneurysm's wall. The response if NO....

Please consider calling NA (Narcotics Anonymous). They are an amazing group.

I hope this answer satisfactorily addresses your question. If so, may I ask your favor of a HIGH STAR RATING with written feedback?

Also, if there are no other questions or comments, I'd appreciate it greatly if you would CLOSE THE QUERY on your end so this question can be transacted and archived for further reference by colleagues as necessary.

Please direct more comments and questions to me in the future at:

All the best.
