Brief Answer:
Benign condition
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Your sisters pricking feeling in right side of breast is due to fibroadenoma.
Her lesion in right breast in digital mammography and subsequent FNAC has confirmed the finding.
Her mantoux test is also negative for tuberculosis.
Thyroid function tests and serum prolactin report is normal.
She does not need to worry as it is a benign condition but since your mother had history of breast cancer simple excision by a breast surgeon is advised.
She can also take paracetamol tablets twice daily.
Hope i have answered your query.

Hello Sir,
Thanks a lot for prompt response.
If you would have gone through the reports then you must have observed that mantoux test was carried out in May month. So, do you advise us to get it done one more time or it is not required?

Brief Answer:
mantoux test after 6 months
Detailed Answer:
Hi
You can repeat mantoux test for your sister after 6 months.
Though fibroadenoma is a benign condition women with fibroadenoma have a slightly higher risk of breast cancer later in life.
So i will advise your sister to remove the lump surgically.
