What Causes Production Of Breast Milk 19 Years After An Abortion?
Check your Prolactin level. Most probably will be normal.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for using HCM to post your health query.
I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.
The milk may come from the tubules which have been enlarged during milk production and have remained like that.
You should consider doing a Prolactin level and make sure that it is negative because you may have problems to conceive if it is high.
Also, do a breast ultrasound to check for ductectasia, which is not a problem, but better for you to know.
If the prolactin is normal then you should not worry at all. I think it will most probably be normal, because your milk production has been constant, but its better to check.
I don't think you have cancer or anything like that too.
Hope this is helpful.

Symptoms of Hyper Prolactinemia explained.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thank you for the follow-up question.
The symptoms of Hyper prolactinemia will depend on how high the prolactin level is.
Sometimes it may give just producing of milk in a non-breastfeeding woman. Other times the woman may have irregular menstrual cycle too.
And if it is very high it may give no menses at all, or decreased libido (desire for sexual activity) or even delayed puberty if it happens in younger ages.
Hope this is helpful.
