Brief Answer:
Gastroenteritis
Detailed Answer:
Dear Ms, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns. it seems that you have caught a gastrointestinal infection from the swimming pools of from the food. this infection could be fungal or bacterial .. I would recommend that you take an antidiarrheal as imoduim. to treat the infection you need metronidazole as flagyl three times daily for bacterial infection and streptomycin as streptoquin three times daily for fungal infection. for chills and high temperature , you should take ibuprofen tablets every 8 hours .. you need to make sure that you drink enough fluids ( at least 8 cups daily ) to avoid dehydration from loose motions. I hope I answered your question.
