What Causes Prolonged Bleeding After A D&C Procedure?
DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS FOR FERTILITY
Detailed Answer:
Hi
greetings.
Basically we should do a fertilty evaluation. Find out everything is normal or not.
Is your partner's semen analysis normal.?
your cycles are regular.? Any other medical problems for both of you like diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol and thyroid dysfunction etc.
After this evaluation we can decide what to do and how to go about it.
life style modifications like doing exercises or yoga and restricting junk foods ,carbonated drinks and saturated fats etc.
Regarding concoction,as I said nothing in purticular.
Depends on specific problems.
It will be good if you can update me what exactly is your problem ,so that I can guide you further.I need full details about both of you ,including age ,weight, height, other associated medical conditions,on any drugs and previous treatment history.
I hope you are convinced. Regards
Uterine Bleeding
Detailed Answer:
Hi
sorry for the delay as I was busy with a surgery.
I went through your previous questions and scan report.
As the doctor mentioned I too feel that it could be a hormonal impact because of PCOD.
But since the bleeding is continuous and other uterine endometrium is normal I would suggest you to do a blood HCG hormone analysis to rule out any retained viable products or vesicular mole. I was thinking if hormonal issues, then both uterine endometrium should have been thickened, though it depends up on uterine size and other parameters.
So the thickening may be in the same uterus where there was pregnancy.
So let us do the hormonal analysis and rule out both conditions i have mentioned.
If HCG is within normal limits you can take norethisterone for 10 days and stop . you should be getting your periods within 7 days. If not a hystroscopy guided d&c may be opted. 10 days of norethisterone will control your bleeding .
Hope you are convinced. Feel free to ask your doubts with more details.
I understand your situation. wishing you a speedy recovery.
Regards

Hi
Hope you are doing fine. There was some technical issues ,hence couldn't reply till now.
get well soon.
Regards
I went to the doctor and he prescribed Provera to take 1 pill three times per day for 7 days.
Then I was asked to up the prescription to 2 tablets three times per day fro the next 10 days.
Is this too much? I am afraid because a few years ago I was diagnosed with cancer and my doctor told me that I should avoid taking hormones. Can you please advise?
