What Causes Prolonged Light Period Along With Back Pain?

Question: Hi,
I took 3 pregnancy tests all stating that I was pregnant. This is not something surprising to me. I have been feeling bloated and "different" for at least a month or more. The thing I am trying to figure out is when I would have conceived I kept track of my periods and when I had sex. I did a test in early December and it said not pregnant and then I got my period. Then around new years I started getting bad back pain when I lay down for too long (7 years ago I threw my SI out of alignment so I just thought it was that so I started amping up my ab workouts. Normally I only have that pain for like a week, but this time I currently still have it.) In January I had a period, but it was what I would consider abnormally long and light. I had been trying to lose weight in January and started eating well, etc. but only ended up putting on 3 pounds. o what I am trying to figure out is whether I conceived after my long January period (which is possible based on my calendar that I tracked) or if I conceived at the end of December (which is also possible) which is closer to when I started feeling bloated and sore.

December period was 17-21 (5 being what I normally have for a period). January was 13-19. I use tampons and I think I used maybe a couple super absorbency at most (which I normally use for about 3 days of a normal period) and the rest of the time I just used regular absorbency.
My cycles are very regular. They were regular before I went on the pill a couple years ago and then when I went off in September 2014 I continued to be regular. I am also very in tune with body signs leading up to my period, etc.
My period for February is now completely late. Based on my regular period/tracking I should have started n the 11th. I have still not had a period or any spotting whatsoever. I did a pregnancy test on the 10th because I couldn't wait any longer to just do it in the morning and it went to a dark lined + sign (clear blue). I then took another one on the 11th and the same thing happened.
I don't remember if the bleeding in January was associated with abdomen pain, but I do remember having a couple days where I would sporadically have pain.... I think it was earlier in the month, but I can't remember.
I know that when I started working out in January again (November and December were incredibly busy at work as I am administration at a high school so I barely got to the gym) I had very tender joints. That is odd for me because normally no matter how long I have been not running I can always get right back into it with at most calf pain. I chalked it up to it just being the weather as it is quite cold where I live.

Brief Answer:
confirmation can be done by ultrasound
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, I got your information.
In my opinion, if conception was before the January period the implantation bleeding will not be that much as you described in January. There is no chance to feel pregnancy symptoms immediately after conceivement (as you started feeling sore and bloated in December end). So you might have conceived after the January period.
Might the excessive work in December made your cycle in January somewhat unusual and nothing much.
The pregnancy symptoms like nausea, vomitings, weakness, breast tenderness and increased frequency of urination are seen 2 weeks after missed period.
However the confirmation can be done by ultrasound as it gives the number of gestational weeks.
If you conceived after January period you will be around 4 weeks ,which can be seen by TVS (transvaginal scan). From 6 weeks onwards it is also seen on abdominal ultrasound.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss furthur.
